Reclaim Your Heart

A well sought after book by many muslimah’s alike. Seeking the authors perspective on various issues on matters of the heart. An inspiring book, a best seller amongst its audience.

Many of us live our lives entrapped by the same repeated patterns of heartbreak and disappointment. Often, we have no idea why this happens.  Reclaim Your Heart is about freeing the heart from this slavery. It is about the journey in and out of life’s most deceptive traps.

This book was written to awaken the heart and provide a new perspective on love, loss, happiness, and pain.  A manual of sorts, Reclaim Your Heart will teach readers how to live in this life without allowing life to own you.  It is a manual of how to protect your most prized possession- the heart.

  • I can’t seem to read this book without a tissue on hand- its content comes from the author’s everyday encounters, making clear logical connections to religious teachings and highly relevant in my daily life as a career woman, a mother of 3, a daughter and wife. I would recommend this book to anyone who feels like their daily grind is an endless cycle and that there is no meaning in their urbanised life, even as they seek God daily but have to deal with so much on their plate. Very humbling read.

Every metaphor and analogy is beautifully described in this book. This book helps build a new perspective on love, loss, happiness, and pain. It teaches how to live in this life without allowing life to own you.
Quote: “The more we run after the dunya, the more it runs away from us. The more we chase wealth, ironically, the more poverty we feel.”
